Stain'd Writing Circle

"The eye was placed where one ray should fall, that it might testify of that particular ray."

During this time of shared isolation (alone, together) we have an essential opportunity to tell the story of this extraordinary moment, to celebrate our humanness, to testify to the gift of life, to build our sanctuaries and name them, to offer each other a record of this moment. A study of what was done, and a vision of our path forward.

You have a story to tell, an insight to offer, a shard of experience worth recording, a vision for the future worth mapping.

We write to take control of our words as they take the world with them. So we never forget for every life taken or changed there is a story. For every light on, behind every closed door, a universe, alone together.

Sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, facilitated by Co-Founder of Stain'd Arts, poet and creative writing instructor, Noah Kaplan and Helen Katich, a dedicated host and facilitator of DIY arts events.

We will hold our writing circle virtually.

We ask for participants to commit to the full workshop. By committing to showing up, we give one another essential connection. The workshop is donation based, with donations directed back to the arts community.
